Existing Marvin User
- Use the e-mail address you registered with Marvin to protect.
Example: unclebenny@sihope.com
Example: domainholder@domain.com
- Enter in your Marvin password. Remember that it is case sensitive.
- Click the GO button.
- If you have trouble signing in, be sure your password is in the correct
case (make sure the CAPS lock key is not on). If your password
is not accepted, you can request a new password for Marvin. Click on
the Forgot Password? Click
Here link here or under the Sign In box. A new password will be
sent to your e-mail box. Remember that this is just for signing in to
Marvin and not for your Internet connection or e-mail.
New Marvin Users with an @sihope.com e-mail address
- If you have never used Marvin before, you will need to register your e-mail
address with Marvin.
- Click on the link that says First Time
User? Click Here under the Sign In box.
- Enter in your e-mail address and submit it. An e-mail will be sent to you
containing your Marvin password.
- Once you get that e-mail, you can then Sign In.
- Before you sign in, be sure to go to the Documentation section and print
out the Detailed Setup or Quick Start Setup guides as they will assist you
in configuring Marvin. You can also read about Marvin's Tools to gain an understanding
on how they all work and what they do.
- Enter your e-mail address in the Sign In box and then enter in the password
that was sent to you.
- Begin configuring Marvin
New Marvin Users with your own domain name
- If you have your own domain name, make sure you have told us to add your
domain to Marvin.
- If you have not, you will need to send an e-mail to marvin@sihope.com
containing the following information:
- All of the e-mail addresses you want added to Marvin
- One e-mail address who will be the domain controller for Marvin.
We will confirm via e-mail that it has been completed and then you can return
to the Sign In page.
- If you have already sent us that e-mail or once you have done the
above step, you must now register the Domain Controller e-mail address.
- Click on the link that says First Time
User? Click Here under the Sign In box.
- Enter in your e-mail address and submit it. An e-mail will be sent to you
containing your Marvin password.
- Once you get that e-mail, you can then Sign In.
- Before you sign in, be sure to go to the Documentation section and print

- Enter your e-mail address in the Sign In box and then enter in the password

- Scroll to the bottom of the configuration option page and you will see your
domain listed. To configure domain level settings, use the links down there.
- To configure Marvin for just your e-mail address, use the main options listed
(not under the domain name)
- Begin configuring Marvin
- If you are going to allow users to configure their own settings, each e-mail
address will need to register with Marvin and get their own password.
