I see a message in my Marvin report that I want to read. How do I get it?

Marvin Modules: Retrieve

When the report arrives and an e-mail looks to be important, you can log into Marvin and go to retrieve modulethe Retrieval section. A list of e-mails appear and you can find the one in questions and easily have that message sent to you.

To find out why the message was rejected, you can click on the Why? next to each message and see actually which process flagged it as spam and why. This allows you to determine how to correct the problem in order to get the mail from now on if desired. You may add these messages to your Whitelist settings to ensure future delivery.

Once the message is found, it is redelivered directly to the user's mailbox without going through any of the processes.
